Deliveries are free within the UK for orders over £100.
 
Standard Deliveries £4.95
Parcels are despatched Royal Mail second class and will be delivered within 2-3 days of order being placed.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
 
Next Day Delivery £9.00
Parcels are despatched Royal Mail special and guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the following day.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
 
Deliveries will only be made on working days (Monday-Friday). Deliveries will not be made on a Saturday.

World Zone 1 £20.00
World Zone 2 £23.00

Parcels are despatched with Royal Mail UK and are tracked. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Deliveries will be within 7 working days

World Zone 1
Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe or World Zone 2.
World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2
This zone covers the following territories:
Australia, Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean), Cocos Islands, Cook Island, Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, New Zealand, New Zealand Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People’s Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa

Red Velvet Clothing returns policy
 
We really hope you like the item you have bought from us, however if this is not the case,  please return the item to us in the original condition within 21 days of the delivery date and we will refund you in full. 
 
All returns are free in the UK and Republic of Ireland.  Please return your order in the original packaging with the swing tickets and labels still attached to the garment.  When returning items please include your Return Note. Failure to include this will mean we may not be able to make a refund in a timely manner.

If you do not have your Return Note, please email us at enquiries@redvelvetclothing.co.uk advising of your order number, name, address and email address and we will send you a Return Note.
 
Please return the package using the post office counters and keep proof of postage as a record of your return. There is a Returns label in your parcel which you need to stick on the parcel when returning to us.
 
International customers - please return your parcel through a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
